I help organisations figure out what products to build next and how to bring them to market.
I'm currently the MD and founder of Berst, a product strategy and design studio. We work with startups and leadership teams to spot new opportunities and turn them into best-in-class digital products. For a handful of early-stage startups, we invest our time for equity, which makes us a venture studio too.
Prior to Berst, I was Director of Experience Design at Clearleft, where I was part of the leadership team that built the company into one of the UK's most influential design consultancies.
I also co-authored Undercover UX Design with Cennydd Bowles and have spoken at design and tech events around the world, including Leading Design, South by Southwest, UX Australia and Tech4Africa.
I live in Brighton, UK with my family and a Welsh Springer Spaniel called Ernie.
